40th Annual Tournament

Our 40th Anniversary tournament was a huge success! We raised over $29,000 this year, putting us over $300,000 combined total. Thank you to everyone involved! Here are a few pictures of the tournament, with more to come.

On Saturday November 5th 2011, we will be having our 40th anniversary tournament to raise money for the Children’s Hospital of Richmond. The tournament will be held at the Arthur Ashe Center‎ located at 3001 N Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23230 [Click here for directions].

Schedule:
  • 10:00 am - Master sword practice
  • 10:20 am - Judges meeting
  • 11:00 am - Doors open
  • 12:00 pm – Tournament Begins

 

In previous years combined, we have raised over $275,000 to benefit the Children’s Hospital of Richmond.

It is in the true spirit of the martial arts as the willingness to help others as well as yourself. Good luck to everyone who is participating!

38th Annual Tournament

The annual School Tournament for Charity was held on Saturday,

November 7, 2009 at LC Bird High School in Chesterfield. This year’s annual

tournament had a record attendance of over 1,100 people. The proceeds

raised went directly to support the Children’s Hospital of Richmond Virigina.

The true spirit of the martial arts is the willingness to help others as well as

yourself. Thanks to everyone who participated, we raised $24,379 this year

and have raised over $245,000.
